mental flexibilty

My yoga practice helps me develop mental flexibility.  What perspective are you working on today?

Hilarious! But sort of true. A meditative mind sees with objectivity, becomes more of a witness.  Reactions grow tempered and responses perhaps more appropriate…though if you now me, you know I am direct, focused, and do not always filter my point of view..

See how it feels to you after 10 minutes of flow or sitting quietly.  Do you feel like your mind is as jumpy or is it stretching out?
