AEL also reported a net profit of ₹3,845 crores in Q4 FY25, a massive 752% increase year-on-year, up from ₹451 crores in FY24. However, this surge was primarily due to a one-time gain of ₹3,286 crore; it came from a 13.5% stake sale of Adani Wilmar Limited (AWL). Excluding this, the profit increase was modest.
