Sometimes you just have to tune out distractions

Snoopy is practicing one of the limbs of Yoga called Pratyahara.  This translates as ‘withdrawal of the senses’.  The senses look outward and can be distracting and stress-inducing.  Learning to go within and find your calm center helps induce the relaxation response.
