Found these affirmations – I like the last sentence.  My teacher always says: “energy goes where your attention flows”.  If we can channel thinking energy into positive affirmations instead of negative thinking, our cells stay cheered up, we are freer from worry, obsessing, and anxiety.  Our immune system stays boosted.  That’s health and healthy!
