My extensive background in massage therapy, jin shin acupressure, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, energy balancing, reiki and other techniques led me to create the Progressive Release Method, a yoga-based bodywork modality that is a balance of pain relief and relaxation.  Click for more about my yoga therapy techniques.
