Path

My yoga practice helps me navigate through life, and calls on me to make nourishing choices for my well-being.  I think life is called a path because there are steps along the way, we crawl before we walk, walk before we run.  Some of us have a straightforward journey, others have a few twists and turns.  We also have and make choices.  I choose to walk outside versus run on a treadmill; it works for me.  I choose kale over French fries and a life around my yoga practice because it centers me.  Whatever your choices are, you have them.  It isn’t necessarily easy to carve out 5 minutes to do the cat stretch. It isn’t always easy to avoid the junk food aisle in the supermarket, but that doesn’t mean mindful choices aren’t possible.  That is where confidence and consistency come in.  I believe you can make a positive choice for yourself today.  What will that be?
