My yoga practice helps me develop clarity. On most days the mind can be pretty messy. Even when you are very organized and efficient, there can be lists of ‘to-do’s’ , ‘shoulds’, ‘have-to’s’, ‘don’t want to’s’…endless and even unproductive. Meditation can sharpen your mind, like a lens so at the very least – best? – you are able to focus on the task at hand, and derive more enjoyment, less worry, and even a spaciousness vis a vis all the narrative.
