Meditate Anyone?

Meditate Anyone??My yoga practice helps me develop clarity.  On most days the mind can be pretty messy. Even when you are very organized and efficient, there can be lists of ‘to-do’s’ , ‘shoulds’, ‘have-to’s’, ‘don’t want to’s’…endless and even unproductive.  Meditation can sharpen your mind, like a lens so at the very least – best? – you are able to focus on the task at hand, and derive more enjoyment, less worry, and even a spaciousness vis a vis all the narrative.  If you are looking to try, follow my simple tips for sitting, close your eyes, and let yourself simply watch the inhale and watch the exhale…maybe all the colored strands will form a little tapestry for you… enjoy!
